Big issues with stuck transactions and support

Tried to stake synthetic gold tokens last week but my transaction got stuck for over 48 hours. Customer support was slow to respond, and when they finally did, the explanations were vague. This really messed up my arbitrage strategy, and I ended up taking a loss. Not what I expected from a DeFi platform promising smooth trades.

Problems with liquidation and unclear fees
