Mostly good but support slow sometimes
I use Merlins Seal mainly for managing my DeFi portfolio. The platform interface is clean and swaps execute quickly, which I love. However, once I had a delayed transaction stuck for hours, and it took support a couple of replies to sort it out. Would be great if response times were a bit faster. Still, the service is solid for tracking and staking tokens securely.
