Good platform, minor hiccup
I appreciate the efficient trade executions and the transparent fee structure. However, the UI on mobile could be a smoother experience, it lagged a bit when I was staking tokens.

Decent, but support could improve
I started using Merchant Moe Liquidity Book last year to provide liquidity on some pairs. The setup was easy but I ran into a delay withdrawing funds during a market spike; support took almost two days to respond which was frustrating since timing is key in DeFi. Also noticed that gas fees for some transactions were unexpectedly high despite the platform’s claims of optimization. On the bright side, the interface is clear and the staking rewards are consistent. I hope they improve their customer service responsiveness soon because otherwise the platform works well for my needs.
