Decent car, support could improve
I bought a brand new Mercedes A-Class and love the compact design and tech inside, especially the voice control. But when I had questions about the warranty coverage, the support team was slow to respond and not very helpful. It’s a decent car but I expected better customer service from such a premium brand.
