Great selection for DIY projects

Easy pickup and friendly staff

Mixed experience with order pickup
I ordered some tiles online for a bathroom remodel, the website was easy to navigate and the selection was great. But when I went to pick up my order, they couldn’t find it at first and I had to wait almost 30 minutes while they sorted it out. Once I got home, the tiles were exactly what I needed and installation went well. I’ll probably shop here again but hope pickup runs smoother next time.

Good store but checkout line was slow
I like shopping at Menards because they have everything from appliances to garden fertilizers which is super convenient. Last weekend I bought a new lawn mower and some paint, but the checkout line took forever and there was only one cashier working. I hope they add more staff during busy times since the wait was frustrating. Other than that, the store was clean and well-organized which made finding things easy.

I’ve been using Menards for various home improvement projects over the past two years. Their lumber quality is consistent and they usually have the hardware I need in stock. Last fall I got some outdoor lighting fixtures and the installation went smoothly thanks to the detailed instructions on the box. The garden center also has a nice seasonal selection, which helped me prep my flower beds for winter. Sometimes the aisles get a bit crowded on weekends but that’s expected.
