Delivery was a disaster
Ordered a sound system, and it arrived late. Plus, it was missing some parts. Tried to reach support, but they took ages to reply. Not happy at all with this experience.

Not impressed this time
I ordered a gaming console, but it came with a faulty controller. I've had great luck before but this time, it was just a hassle. Returns were complicated and more time-consuming than expected.
