Mixed feelings about Maybank
I like the fact that everything is digital and no branches are needed, really convenient for my hectic schedule. But the app can be glitchy, especially when trying to apply for a loan, which made me frustrated. Customer service replied but didn’t fully resolve the issue right away.

Not bad but could be better
The mobile deposit feature is reliable, I use it weekly for checks. But the spending analytics dashboard is quite basic and doesn’t give enough insights. Hoping they upgrade that soon because I like tracking my budget carefully.
