Useful platform but room for improvement
I signed up last year to diversify my portfolio with alternative assets. The process to buy shares was pretty easy and the dashboard lets you track your investments clearly. However, I’ve noticed some delays in receiving updates on artwork sales and valuations, which was a bit frustrating when trying to time potential exits. it’s a solid platform but could benefit from faster info refreshes and maybe lower fees to be more competitive.
