Mixed feelings about my loan
I got a loan to cover some unexpected expenses, which was helpful. But the interest rate was higher than I expected. Also, the repayment schedule could be clearer.

Decent service but slow response
Marcus Loans helped me with a personal loan, and while it worked out, the whole process took longer than anticipated. The application was easy, but I had to wait a week for any updates which was frustrating. I would use them again, but with lower expectations on timing.

Not too impressed with the delay
I expected quicker service, but my loan took longer to process than I hoped. When I reached out for help, the support was decent but not particularly engaging. It got sorted out in the end, but I wouldn’t recommend them if you need immediate funds.
