Good platform but interface could improve
I've been using Maple for about six months now, mainly to lend crypto assets. The interest rates are competitive and the KYC process though a bit lengthy, ensures a trustworthy environment. However, I ran into some issues with the app’s responsiveness during loan application, which delayed my funding by a day. Customer support was helpful but took some time to respond. I'm satisfied but hope they refine the UI soon.
