Mixed feelings about the platform
I appreciate the variety of digital art collections but ran into an annoying glitch during a trade that locked up and needed multiple refreshes. The fees are reasonable, but I wish the search function was more flexible and that the site’s mobile experience was smoother. Customer service replies were polite but slow, which didn’t help when I needed urgent support. Hoping these issues get fixed soon because there’s real potential.
