Great tools but occasional platform lag

Powerful platform but fees are steep
I've been with Lightspeed for six months now and I appreciate the advanced order routing options they offer. The platform's interface is customizable which helps me manage multiple accounts easily. Excellent execution but customer support needs work
I've been trading futures and equities with Lightspeed for nearly a year. The execution speed is excellent and fills are almost instantaneous during high volume periods. However, I've had a couple of frustrating experiences with customer support taking too long to respond to questions about margin requirements. If they improved that, I'd rate even higher. The platform itself is very stable and the advanced order types have helped me fine-tune my strategies.

Strong platform, minor app quirks
Lightspeed gives me the fast trade execution I need for active options trading. The desktop platform is smooth and reliable, but sometimes the mobile app crashes when switching between watchlists. Support usually fixes issues within a day, which is good. I appreciate the flexible API access for my automated strategies too.

Good, but interface could improve
Lightspeed's trade execution is speedy which I like, but sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky. I wish they made navigating the futures section more intuitive. Also, the app crashed on me a couple times during market hours, which was annoying. Still, commissions are reasonable and withdrawal process was smooth for my last transfer.

Good for active traders
Lightspeed's direct market access and low latency execution is exactly what I need for my equity trades. Their multi-leg options orders execute as expected without glitches. Wish their mobile app had more features though.
