Mixed feelings about fees and support
The fees on LeveX are not the lowest I've seen, especially during withdrawals. Support answers are slow sometimes. Still, the platform offers a decent range of coins, so I keep coming back despite the occasional hiccup.

Good but some annoying delays
Started trading crypto on LeveX six months ago and mostly things went fine. The KYC process was a bit slow but understandable. The app interface is clean and I appreciate the variety of trading pairs they have. However, last week I experienced a delay with a bitcoin withdrawal that took nearly 48 hours, which is quite frustrating. Support took a day to respond but once they did, they sorted the issue out. So I feel it’s a decent exchange, just needs some speed improvements for withdrawals.
