Good platform but room for improvement
I started using Level about three months ago mainly for lending and yield farming. The onboarding was smooth, and the KYC process was surprisingly quick for a DeFi app. I also liked their in-app chat support, which helped me resolve a stuck transaction due to network congestion. However, I noticed the staking rewards fluctuate more than I expected, sometimes dipping unexpectedly. Despite that, the transparency of all transactions on their dashboard keeps me trusting the platform, and I appreciate that they keep updating features to improve user experience.

Great for managing digital assets
Level makes it easy to lend and borrow without middlemen. The interface is clean, and I like how quickly you can execute swaps or stake tokens. Support answered my questions promptly when a transaction stalled. I’d like to see a bit more info on gas fee predictions though.
