Appreciate the easy returns but noticed some UI flaws
I bought a desktop from Lenovo for home office use, and while the product itself is excellent, I found the return process a bit confusing at first. The website’s navigation isn’t as intuitive as it could be, especially when trying to find accessories that fit my model. Customer service helped clarify things once I called, but I wish the info was clearer online. Plus, I got to test their live chat, and it was quick and helpful. still a positive experience, just some room to improve on the e-commerce side.

Good but minor delays
Ordered a laptop for work and delivery was a couple of days late, which threw off my schedule. Still, the laptop arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Customer support was polite but a bit slow to respond.

Solid products but checkout glitch
Product selection is great and I like the detailed specs available for each device. However, I ran into an error trying to use my promo code at checkout which was annoying. Support helped me fix it, but that delay was frustrating.

Overall positive but checkout needs tweaks
I’ve been a Lenovo customer for years and their products never disappoint. My latest purchase was a laptop I needed urgently for freelance work. The delivery timing was fine, and the laptop works flawlessly, very fast with all specs as advertised. The only annoying part was the website’s checkout page, which kept logging me out randomly and made me re-enter all my info twice. Reaching customer support took longer than I hoped and the chat sometimes timed out, which was frustrating when I was trying to finish my order quickly. I hope they improve that soon since the hardware and price point are excellent otherwise.
