Decent but could improve on customization
I’ve been using Leadpages for about 6 months now. The builder interface is clean and easy but I ran into limits with the customization options, especially for mobile layouts. Customer support was responsive and helped me find workarounds but I hope they expand features soon. Still, funnel integration and lead capture are solid compared to other tools I tried.

Great templates and easy setup
I started using Leadpages last month to boost my boutique’s email signups. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive, and their templates look professional without much tweaking. I integrated it with MailChimp smoothly and already see more leads coming in. Only small gripe is the pricing tiers could be clearer, but overall pretty happy.

Good but customer service lagged once
I set up multiple landing pages for a product launch and the templates really helped speed things up. The drag-and-drop editor is straightforward, and linking forms to my email provider worked without hassle. However, when I ran into an issue with A/B testing setups, the support team took longer than expected to respond. It was frustrating since I needed quick changes before the launch day. Despite that, the overall platform performance has been reliable and conversion tracking gave me useful insights. I’ll keep using it but hope support gets faster in peak times.
