I bought my Velar last year and absolutely adore its sleek design and off-road capabilities. However, took it in for routine maintenance and was shocked by the service charge definitely one of the priciest experiences I've had with a luxury SUV. The dealership staff were friendly but the wait time for parts was longer than expected. Still, the drive quality makes up for these issues, and I’m hoping for smoother servicing next time.

However, I had some trouble connecting my phone to the infotainment system during the first couple of months, which was frustrating. Customer support eventually helped me update the software, and now it’s much better. I just think Land Rover could improve their initial setup instructions to avoid this hassle for new owners.

After switching to a Land Rover Discovery, I’ve been really happy with the overall experience.
