The decentralized exchange feature is handy but sometimes the swap times take longer than expected. Also, I noticed the slippage was higher during peak hours. On the plus side, customer support was pretty responsive when I had questions about my staking rewards.

Lagoon has a decent DeFi suite but sometimes the app lags and transaction confirmations take longer than advertised. The staking yields are alright but I found better returns elsewhere. Support was slow to answer, which was annoying when I needed help withdrawing funds.

I started using Lagoon last year to stake some tokens and farm yields. Initially, everything seemed fine but after a couple of months, my rewards stopped updating properly in the dashboard. I contacted support twice but they only responded after a week each time, and the fixes were temporary. Also, one of my withdrawal requests got stuck for days before processing finally happened. I like the concept but the technical glitches and slow support really dampened my experience overall.
