I started with KuCoin around six months ago mainly for staking and spot trading. The staking rewards for KCS tokens are attractive and the dashboard is easy to navigate. However, I had a problem with a withdrawal stuck in pending status for almost 24 hours which was nerve-wracking. Customer service responded after many follow-ups but eventually resolved the issue. I’d say the platform is good for experienced traders but beginners might face some hiccups, especially during high traffic times or volatile markets.

Mixed feelings about the platform
KuCoin has an okay selection of coins but the withdrawal fees are higher than I expected. The spot trading is fine but futures can be confusing without good tutorials. Would recommend it only if you trade carefully and double-check fees.

Average experience with ups and downs
I signed up for KuCoin last year mainly for futures trading and staking KCS. While I like the variety of coins available, the futures platform has a steep learning curve and sometimes the liquidation system feels harsh. Support is okay but slow to respond during busy hours. The app crashes occasionally during peak times which is annoying when trying to close positions quickly. I’m still on the fence about staying long term.

Decent features but buggy app
I've been on KuCoin for a while and trading is okay, but their mobile app bugs me a lot. Sometimes my orders don't refresh properly and I've had a stuck withdrawal once that took over 24 hours to resolve. The spread on some altcoins can be higher than on other platforms I've used, which eats into profits. Support replied eventually but it felt slow when I needed help fast during a volatile market day. I stick around because of the asset variety but hope they improve the app performance soon.
