Switching to Kotak was a solid choice
I had a frustrating experience with my old bank’s slow app and high charges. When I tried Kotak, opening an account was fully online and done in under 10 minutes. The interface feels modern and transfers really do happen instantly, which is huge for me. Investing through Kotak’s platform has been surprisingly easy, even as a beginner, and the customer service is friendly and quick to respond. The only thing I wish they had more of is educational content on investment options, but this neobank fits my needs perfectly.
