Just okay, could be better
Some features are great, but I had a frustrating time with customer service. They took forever to answer my query, which made me uncertain about using them for larger trades.

Could improve in several areas
I like Korbit’s interface, but I've had my issues. Once, I placed an order that didn’t execute correctly, and I lost some money because of it. Also, the KYC process was lengthy, and I didn't expect that. They need to address these issues.

Mixed feelings about Korbit
I've had a few issues with customer support not responding quickly. The trading fees are reasonable, but the app can be a bit glitchy sometimes. I'm still using it, but I think I might explore other options.
