Decent for e-commerce marketing
Klaviyo offers solid email personalization which helped my small store a lot. The pricing is a bit high compared to some others, but the results justify it. Would be better if mobile app was more stable.

The automation works good, but the email editor crashed once and I lost some work. Support helped though.

Good features but some bugs still linger
Been using Klaviyo for about 8 months now and while I’m loving the targeting options and advanced segmentation, there were a few frustrating moments. The app sometimes lagged when I was setting up my flows and once a campaign didn’t send due to an unexplained error. It took the support team a day to resolve, which was a bit annoying since timing is everything in email marketing. On the bright side, the analytics dashboard is quite full and after the hiccups, things ran smoothly. Just hoping they fix those glitches soon because the potential is huge.
