Mixed feelings about support and interface

I've tried Kava for both borrowing and staking over the last three months. While the platform generally works okay, I ran into a stuck transaction that took over 48 hours to process, which was frustrating. Customer support replied but took quite a while and the fixes were slow. Also, the UI could be a bit more user-friendly for newcomers I had to look up tutorials just to understand some features. On the bright side, the interest rates are fair and the rewards from staking are decent once set up properly.

Decent but lacks polish

I’ve been on Kava for a few months trying their borrowing and staking features. The platform does the job but it’s not perfect. Sometimes I experience small glitches in the wallet display and the transaction confirmations lag behind. The interface isn’t as sleek as some competitors but it’s functional. I also noticed the staking rewards fluctuate more than expected which makes it tricky to predict returns.
