Good but needs minor tweaks
Using Kaspi for half a year now. Mostly great, especially the digital card feature. Wish the cashback tracking was clearer in the app though.

Reliable but support could improve
I enjoy the smooth money transfers and no hidden fees. However, I had trouble reaching customer support when my card was blocked unexpectedly. Took a while to get it sorted, which was frustrating.
