Convenient but verification slow
I’ve had a mostly smooth experience trading Bitcoin and ETH on Kanga. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. My only gripe is the KYC process took about a week longer than promised, which delayed my deposits a bit. Customer support was polite but couldn’t speed it up much.

Good features, minor hiccup
I like how Kanga's spot trading options are pretty straightforward and the fees are reasonable. However, I noticed the app lagged a bit during peak hours, which was annoying when trying to place quick orders. Still, their support answered my query about KYC verification faster than I expected.

Good exchange but UI could improve
I registered on Kanga back in March and have been trading mostly altcoins there. The order execution is pretty reliable and the fees aren’t bad at all. However, the user interface feels a bit clunky on mobile, especially when switching between market charts and order books. I also faced a small hiccup with a delayed deposit that customer support sorted out only after a couple of days. Still, I appreciate their staking program and the fact that their app doesn’t crash like some others I used before.

Good value but occasional delays
Have been using Kanga for around six months now. Trading fees are reasonable and their staking yields are decent. Sometimes withdrawal requests take longer than expected, especially on weekends, which is a bit frustrating. But I find their interface clean and the order execution pretty reliable during busy sessions. Customer support is helpful but not always instantly available.
