Setting up my account and linking my other bank was straightforward, and the spending analytics helped me cut unnecessary expenses. However, I ran into a bug where notifications for payments weren’t showing up properly. Customer support told me it’s a known issue and a fix is coming soon, which is reassuring. Still, for a modern neobank, I expected fewer glitches in the app.

Good value, needs more payment options

Overall good but feature requests
I've been with Bank Jago for nearly a year now. The mobile app is solid for most tasks like transfers and bill payments, and the notifications help me stay on top of things. I wish they'd add check deposit features though, since I still have to use another bank for that. Also, the daily spending limits felt too low at first but they increased them after I asked. Support was polite but response times could be faster. Still, I’m happy with the digital-only banking experience overall.
