Frustrating limits and slow support
I tried to increase my daily transfer limit because I needed to send a payment of 10,000 BRL for a supplier, but the system kept denying my request. I contacted support three times over the course of five days and only got vague answers with no real solution. Eventually, I had to switch to another bank for that transaction. The experience was disappointing, especially since I was hoping to keep all my finances in one place.
