Great but room for improvement
The platform is powerful but the learning curve is steep for beginners. I also wish the mobile app had more features like desktop version. I’m satisfied but not wowed.

Mixed feelings about fees and service
IB offers lots of markets but their commission structure can get confusing, especially for new traders like me. Also, I had a withdrawal delay last month that took almost a week to fix after contacting support multiple times. The trading experience itself is solid, but those hiccups left me a bit wary.

Decent platform but clunky UI
The trading tools are top notch but the interface looks outdated. It sometimes glitches when loading charts and that’s frustrating during busy trading hours. Customer support was helpful though, resolved my issues within a day.
