Good experience but slow delivery
Ordered a kitchen shelf last month and it took almost two weeks to arrive, which was annoying. The product itself was exactly as described and easy to assemble though. Customer service responded quickly when I asked about the delay.

Frustrating delivery but great furniture
I ordered a set of dining chairs and was pretty excited about the style and price. Unfortunately, the delivery took nearly three weeks and the tracking info was barely updated so I was checking manually most days. When the package arrived, one chair had a scratch so I had to request a replacement. Support was helpful and sent a new chair quickly without hassle. Assembly was fairly easy once I had all the parts. Definitely a bit annoying overall but the furniture looks great in my dining room now so I’m satisfied.

Good prices but site lags sometimes
I like IKEA for decent prices and the variety of stuff. Sometimes the site lags during peak hours which makes shopping a little annoying. The delivery options are flexible though, so that helps.

I like how many options they have for office desks but the checkout froze on me twice before I could place my order. Ended up calling support, they helped fix it quickly though. Overall a good shopping site and fair prices.

Nice product range but app crashes
Found some great bedroom lamps here, and the descriptions were detailed enough to know what I was getting. The downside is the app kept crashing during browsing which got frustrating. Web version worked better, thankfully.

Decent overall but mixed experience
I’ve ordered furniture from IKEA twice now. The first time the delivery was on schedule and everything was in good condition. This time the delivery was delayed by a week and one item was missing from the box which support fixed after a few days. It’s a bit hit or miss but the prices and product design keep me coming back. I hope they improve packing and delivery tracking soon.
