I switched to IDFC First recently because I wanted a fully digital bank. Account opening was smooth and their web interface is clean, which I like. But I faced some delays in international money transfers which was annoying since I needed funds fast. The support team was helpful after I escalated, though it took a while to get through. I’m satisfied but hope they speed up transfers soon.

I like their digital approach and the card options are neat. However, I found the personal loan approval took longer than I expected, which was kinda frustrating since I needed funds quickly. Other than that, the app is smooth and I enjoy the cashback offers on my credit card.

I started using IDFC First about six months ago. The entire onboarding process was done online, which was a huge convenience since I didn’t want to deal with physical bank trips. The digital KYC was pretty straightforward, although I had to resend a couple of documents because the first upload didn’t go through properly. Other than that little hiccup, they were quick to approve and my debit card arrived within a week. Transfers and bill payments through the app work fine, though sometimes it lags during busy hours. Support is responsive via chat, which makes it easier to get help without waiting on a phone call.
