Good, though occasional downtime
Used ICON to facilitate data exchange across two chains for my game. Worked well most days, but about twice a month I noticed maintenance caused slight downtime affecting my users. The team communicated updates clearly and downtime never lasted too long. Hopefully the uptime gets better over time.

Extensive history with ICON network
Started using ICON about a year ago when I was exploring blockchain interoperability. Initially it was tricky connecting different platforms, but updates really enhanced the user experience. Reliable but needs smoother app
Been relying on ICON’s network for six months now for my smart contracts. The blockchain interconnectivity is impressive and allowed me to expand my dApp’s reach significantly. My main gripe is the mobile app, which crashes occasionally and sometimes fails to show the latest transaction status. Support was helpful but the bug remains. I do appreciate the detailed API docs and active developer community that helped me debug my integration issues. With a few UI fixes, this would be near perfect.
