Great for community projects, but watch your fees
I started using ICHI to create a decentralized token for my local art collective about nine months ago. The tokenomics tools are quite flexible, and setting up governance proposals enabled our members to vote effectively on key decisions. I really liked how the liquidity provision pool helped stabilize token value, but initially, the gas fees for transactions caught me off guard since they spike on Ethereum network. After adjusting my timing for transactions and staking, I found it much more manageable. Customer support guided me patiently through smart contract settings too, which was a big help for a non-technical user like me.
Helpful support but UI needs polish
Overall my experience with ICHI is positive. Their decentralized governance implementation is straightforward and works as intended. Sometimes the app interface glitches during peak hours, but that didn't cost me any funds. I asked support about these issues and they replied within 24 hours, which I appreciate a lot.
Good but staking fees surprise me
The platform is decent, but I found the staking commission fees somewhat unclear at first.

ICHI delivers powerful DeFi tools and the staking feature is solid. However, the interface can feel a bit cluttered when managing multiple tokens at once. Would love to see a more streamlined dashboard soon. Support was helpful when I asked about liquidity pools.

ICHI offers great tools for tokenization and governance, which I’ve been using for a couple months. The liquidity pools work well and the staking rewards are decent. My main gripe is the lack of advanced performance analytics; I had to use external tools to track my investments better. Support team was responsive when I asked about roadmap plans.
