I love my Hyundai Santa Fe’s performance on road trips but had a frustrating experience with the local service center. They took longer than promised for a simple oil change and didn’t communicate well. Hopefully their support will improve soon.

I bought a Hyundai Sonata last year mainly because of its reputation and the great reviews on fuel economy. The car itself has been smooth but after a minor issue with the infotainment system, the dealership support left me hanging for weeks without clear updates. It was frustrating to have to call multiple times and still wait for a fix. I wish the customer service was as good as the car’s performance because right now that’s my only sore spot.
