Disappointed with slow support and stuck transactions
Tried to set up a lending circle using Hylo and ran into issues with a stuck transaction that never confirmed. Support took three days to respond and then didn’t really solve the problem, which was frustrating. Also found their interface a bit clunky on mobile, making it hard to check balances quickly. Was hoping for a smoother experience for managing peer-to-peer finances.
