Good but app needs tweaks
I've been with Huntington for about six months now. The checking account setup was smooth and I like the digital payments, but the app sometimes glitches when I try to deposit checks, which is annoying. Customer support was helpful though, so overall it’s solid just needs some app fixes.

Good digital bank with minor hiccups
Been banking with Huntington for a while and mostly it’s been a smooth ride. The mobile app lets me do everything from check deposits to loan payments quickly. Sometimes there’s a delay when linking external accounts and the chat support takes a bit too long to respond during busy hours. Still, the low fees and easy-to-understand interface make it a good choice for everyday banking.

Convenient but lacking some features
I use Huntington mainly for checking and mobile deposits. The app is user-friendly and the customer service reps have been responsive. However, I miss some advanced budgeting features other neobanks offer. Also, international transactions aren’t very clear which was frustrating when I tried to pay a vendor overseas.
