Mostly happy, minor glitches
The spreads are competitive and their use options suit my style. However, the charting tools occasionally freeze which is frustrating during active trading hours. Customer support was helpful when I reported it but I hope they fix this soon.

Good platform but support could improve
I've been trading on HotForex for about six months now, mainly forex pairs and indices. The spreads are competitive and I appreciate the variety of account types available, which helped me find one that fits my style. The app sometimes lags during busy market times, which has caused a few delays in order execution, but nothing too serious. However, when I contacted customer support last week about a withdrawal issue, it took almost two days to resolve, which was frustrating. Still, the overall experience is positive and I plan to keep trading here.
