Good platform, minor bugs
Hotcoin's order book is pretty deep, which is nice for trading Bitcoin and Ethereum. Sometimes the chart tools glitch for a few seconds but nothing that messes up my trades too much. Support team replied within a day when I had an issue verifying my ID. Overall a reliable exchange.

Decent exchange with minor issues
Order execution is alright but could be faster. The interface is simple but lacks some advanced analytics I use on other platforms. They do have staking, which is a nice bonus. Wish their mobile app was more stable though.
