Hop offers fast token swaps and bridging with pretty low gas costs, which is great. However, the interface can be confusing if you’re new to DeFi, especially during peak times when confirmations lag. I had a tricky moment trying to bridge USDC and it required multiple attempts. Still, the liquidity pools seem solid and I got my funds safely.

I started using Hop about six months ago to swap tokens mainly between Arbitrum and Optimism, and it’s been a reliable tool. Hop does a decent job at bridging tokens like USDT and DAI, and the fees are almost always lower than on other platforms.
