Good variety but shipping delay
I really like the variety of lamps and rugs they have. Unfortunately, my order took almost two weeks to arrive, which was annoying since I needed it quickly for a room makeover. Customer service was polite but couldn’t speed it up. The products themselves are nice quality.

Mostly happy, some delays
I ordered garden furniture in early spring. The items look great and are sturdy, but the delivery was pushed back twice without much explanation. Customer service eventually informed me about warehouse delays, which was frustrating. Hopefully future orders arrive smoother.

Good but could improve packing
My last order came with a cracked vase, which was disappointing. I reached out to support and they offered a refund promptly, but the packaging could definitely be better to avoid breakage.
