Disappointed with support delays
I tried to stake my tokens but the verification process took way too long, and the support was super slow to respond. Lost some potential rewards because of this lag, not happy at all.

Not happy with transaction fees
I started staking in April but noticed the gas fees took a big chunk of my rewards. Tried contacting support but their answers were vague and didn’t help much. Wish fees were clearer upfront.
