I tried Hantec for trading commodities recently. The platform’s design is nice but I got frustrated with the spread widening during volatile sessions which hit my potential profits hard. Also, the market updates are not as frequent as I hoped. Customer service answered my questions but wasn’t very proactive. I’m still deciding if I’ll keep using them or look elsewhere for more consistent pricing.

I opened an account with Hantec about three months ago after hearing good things about their platform. Initially, I appreciated the clean interface and the variety of currency pairs available. Placing orders was straightforward but I noticed occasional delays during peak market hours which caused slippage on some trades costing me small losses. Customer support was polite but took over 24 hours to respond to my query about those issues. Also, while the educational resources are decent, I expected more in terms of live webinars or interactive tutorials which would really help beginners like me grasp complex trading strategies better. On the plus side, the withdrawal process was hassle-free and I received my funds within the promised timeframe. I’m not ready to switch brokers yet but I hope they improve the platform’s stability soon so trading during volatile sessions is smoother.
