Good books, but ads annoying
The library itself is fantastic for public domain books, but the pop-up ads on the site really disrupt the reading experience. Would be nicer without those interruptions.

A Lifesaver for Students and Bookworms
During my final semester, I was desperate for affordable sources to access classic literature for my courses. Project Gutenberg came through with an extensive collection of free eBooks, letting me download everything from Shakespeare to Dickens without any hassle. The site layout is simple, and the different format options made it easy to read on my tablet or Kindle. Occasionally, some formatting was off in older texts but nothing that spoiled the content. it was a huge help and made studying way less stressful.

Useful but limited new stuff
Great for older literature but you won’t find any recent works here. Also, the formatting of some eBooks can be wonky, which makes reading on mobile a bit tough.

Good but could improve search

Great selection but interface clunky
The collection is impressive with tons of classics that are hard to find elsewhere for free. However, the website feels a bit outdated and sometimes slow to load, which can be frustrating when I'm trying to quickly grab a book for research.

Mixed feelings about formatting

Fantastic resource for classics
