Mixed experiences, needs improvement
I’ve been with Groww for more than a year and while the zero brokerage on equity delivery is a big plus, there are issues that annoy me. Withdrawal process once took over 3 days to reflect in my bank which was frustrating. Also, the customer service chat sometimes gives generic replies and doesn’t solve complex queries. On the brighter side, the daily market news and straightforward SIP plans are useful. I hope they improve their backend support and speed up payouts soon.

Reliable broker with small hiccups
I’ve been using Groww for over a year and generally I’m happy with how quick their trade executions are. The only downside I ran into recently was a small delay withdrawing funds to my bank account, but support helped speed it up once I contacted them. I like that the app lets me invest easily in stocks and mutual funds without complicated steps. Wish they would add some more full analysis tools for intermediate traders though.
