Security is top-notch but the setup was frustrating
Bought the GridPlus wallet last summer and was excited about the promise of extra security layers with multi-factor key protection. Unfortunately, the initial setup took way longer than I expected, mostly due to confusing instructions for connecting the device to the desktop app. Once I got past that, the wallet performed flawlessly and transactions are very secure. Customer service was slow but eventually sorted out my questions. I’m happy with the high level of security, just wish the onboarding was smoother.

Great balance of safety and convenience
I was hesitant to try another hardware wallet but GridPlus exceeded my expectations. The device is compact yet sturdy, and the companion app is intuitive. I particularly value their secure key management system that keeps my private data offline. Sending crypto is quick and I haven’t faced any glitches. This one definitely makes crypto handling easier for everyday use.

Good wallet but app could improve
The hardware wallet itself is very secure, and I feel confident storing my assets there. However, the app sometimes lags when switching between different cryptocurrencies, and a few transactions took longer than expected to confirm. Customer support helped but responses were slow. I hope future updates will optimize the software part better because the device has great potential.

Almost perfect but needs a UI upgrade
I’ve been using GridPlus for storing multiple cryptocurrencies and it has yet to disappoint in security. The hardware component feels tough and tamper-proof. Still, the companion software interface feels outdated, sometimes clunky on Windows 10. Wish it was more streamlined for quicker transactions. Apart from that, haven’t faced any real problems and their support team responded when I had questions.
