I like the concept of Gravity by Galxe and the tech seems solid, but I ran into a problem with a stuck transaction that support took too long to address. It was frustrating since the funds were locked for nearly 48 hours before I got help. Also, the app sometimes crashes when switching between staking pools, which could be smoother. Hoping these get fixed soon because the platform has potential.

I’ve been using Gravity for a few months and generally it’s fine for staking and swapping tokens. However, I sometimes get confused by the way some options are laid out, especially when trying to withdraw my funds. The app could be more intuitive in showing transaction statuses. Support is helpful but not always super fast to respond. Still, I’m sticking with it because the fees are fair and payouts reliable.
