The interface is pretty smooth, but one time my token lock didn’t update immediately in the dashboard, which made me a bit anxious. Customer support responded in a few hours, clarified it was a minor sync delay. Would like faster updates though, especially when timing is critical during launches.

Decent service, mixed experience
I started using GoPlus Locker V3 to lock investor tokens for a small DeFi project earlier this year. The locking feature itself is fine and the transparency it provides is a big plus for my backers. However, I did notice occasional longer wait times on the dashboard updates and once my locked tokens didn’t reflect correctly for a day which caused some panic.
