I opened an account a few months ago mainly for indices trading. The platform lets me monitor multiple charts easily and orders execute promptly most of the time. However, I noticed the spreads widen considerably during news events which caught me off guard once and caused a loss. Also, their customer chat support can be slow during busy hours, which is annoying when you need quick help. I’m sticking around because the commissions are reasonable and the platform is stable otherwise.

Platform decent but spreads widen
I’ve been trading multiple forex pairs with GO Markets. Platform is stable and order execution is reliable. The issue is during major economic releases the spreads blow up, making scalping tricky. Had a few trades stopped out unfairly because of that. Support said it’s normal but I think they could do better managing liquidity then.

Decent broker with room to improve
The deposit and withdrawal process is pretty smooth and fast which I like. Their trading app is intuitive and mostly bug-free. On the downside, their educational content is somewhat basic and I’d appreciate more advanced webinars or tutorials. Also, sometimes the platform lags slightly during peak hours which affects quick trade entries. I’m happy but hope they enhance their tech and learning resources soon.

Good trading experience with minor flaws
Started trading commodities here last year and overall it’s been fine. The platform offers useful indicators and charting tools that help me analyze trends. That said, I encountered a glitch once where my stop loss order didn’t trigger properly, leading to a bigger loss than expected. Customer support took a couple of days to investigate but eventually fixed it. I wish their response was faster to avoid risks like that in future. Still, I like the competitive fees and the daily market news updates they provide.
