Pretty good but UI could improve
I like how Goldfinch connects crypto lenders with real borrowers without requiring collateral. The returns are decent and the risk spread is handled well through smart contracts. However, the user interface feels a bit outdated and sometimes laggy, especially on mobile. It would be great if the dashboard showed real-time updates more smoothly. Still, support is friendly and helpful when I had questions.

Great platform but room for improvement
I’ve been investing through Goldfinch for nearly a year now, and the core concept is very promising. The idea of providing unsecured loans via blockchain is innovative, and I like how the risk is diversified across many borrowers. However, I did experience some confusion during the KYC process which took longer than I expected, and the app sometimes glitches when checking loan status. Customer support was helpful though and explained the delays. I hope they smooth out the user experience soon because the fundamentals are strong.

Good platform but needs better liquidity
I've been lending crypto via Goldfinch for about eight months. The concept of unsecured loans on DeFi is fascinating and the team is transparent about borrower vetting. That said, sometimes I find it hard to exit positions quickly because the liquidity pools aren't very deep. I had to wait a couple days to withdraw a sizable amount which was inconvenient. Other than that, the app works fine and the support team answers queries promptly. I’m optimistic they’ll scale liquidity as the platform grows.

Good yields but some KYC hassle
The returns on Goldfinch are better than most DeFi lending platforms I’ve tried. The no-collateral lending model is unique and seems well managed. Only downside was the KYC process which was a bit slow and required multiple document uploads. After that, everything else went smoothly and I like the clear loan tracking features. Support was responsive when I messaged them about the verification delay.
