Mixed experience with swap speeds

I've used godex off and on for a few months. The interface is straightforward and makes trading easy, but a couple of my swaps took longer than I hoped, which was annoying. Support replies were polite but a bit slow, so I ended up waiting around more than I wanted. On the bright side, when swaps complete, they are accurate with no hidden fees, which I appreciate.
