Payments get processed fine but sometimes slower than expected, causes stress before payday.

Good service with occasional hiccups
Mostly dependable for collecting invoices but a few times payments got stuck in pending status. Customer support was helpful though and sorted it quickly. Integrations with my CRM saved me loads of manual work but I'd prefer faster updates on transaction statuses.
